Agents that work
inside your company.
We don't sell «AI». We install real operational capabilities: agents with context, limits, a human owner, traceability, training and maintenance. One architecture, three ways in — Vecto moves the work, Lumo sheds light on operations and Nexo connects the company as a system. We start with a diagnostic that decides which one fits your case.
Vecto — an agent that works in one area.
Turns a specific area of your company —sales, customer support, operations, administration, content or management— into an AI-assisted system, with memory, tools, limits and human review. It's not a chatbot, a standalone automation, or a consultancy that ends in a report: it's a new working capability installed inside the area.
Work that repeats every week
It fits when there are repetitive tasks, information scattered across emails, documents and spreadsheets, and things that slip because no one pushes them. And one specific area to start — without trying to automate the whole company.
Capability, not another tool
The problem is rarely a lack of software: it's that work lives scattered and depends on specific people. Vecto reduces that friction: it prepares work, classifies information, checks context, generates reports and escalates decisions when needed.
A governed agent, end to end
Diagnostic and map of the area, clear scope and limits, business memory, connection to your tools, two operational capabilities, tests with real cases, hands-on training, a usage and governance manual, and a day-30 review.
Examples: Sales — review leads and prepare follow-ups · Support — classify requests and draft replies · Operations — review incidents and generate reports · Management — synthesize activity and prepare decisions.
Lumo — the layer that lights up your operations.
Lumo doesn't work for the team: it sheds light on what's happening inside the business. It concentrates operations, filters what matters and points to where to intervene to improve margin, efficiency and control. It's not a dashboard of charts: it's operational clarity — what's happening, why it matters, what decision is due and where efficiency is being lost.
Live operations, scattered data
Field-service businesses and companies with recurring incidents, suppliers, technicians, routes, zones or statuses. Teams that already have data but no actionable reading, and management that needs to see what's going on without checking twenty sources.
There's data; intelligence, not so much
Information sits in spreadsheets, documents, emails, manual reports or in people's heads. Management doesn't need more tables: it needs to know what repeats, where money is lost, which supplier fails, which zone creates the most friction and which decision to make first.
Operational clarity, with judgment
Source map, indicator definitions, an operational panel, alerts and reporting, a patterns report, actionable recommendations, a review routine with management, and documentation of limits and data quality.
Real example: a field-service company with incidents, technicians, suppliers, times, zones, costs and spare parts — we go from looking at loose data to seeing patterns of repeat failure, margin leaks and improvement priorities.
Nexo — the system that connects your company.
Nexo is the umbrella layer: the system that connects tools, data, people, processes, business memory and decisions, with agents working under a common governance. It can include Vecto and Lumo as modules. It's the product with the most strategic value, and it usually comes after proving value with Vecto or Lumo.
When management loses visibility
CEO, founder or managing partner of companies with several fronts open, who have already validated a first module and want to scale, willing to take on monthly maintenance and governance. It's not the first product for a small company without a clear area or ordered data.
The company grew; the system didn't
The founder stops keeping everything in their head, but there's no common memory or follow-up: decisions made that no one tracks, scattered information, meetings without continuity, alerts that arrive late and priorities that change without traceability.
Memory, decisions and orchestration
Executive agent, business memory, commitment tracking, meeting briefs, activity reporting, decision panel, orchestration of Vecto by area, Lumo integration, human escalation protocols and an audit with autonomy limits.
One architecture, one progression.
You don't have to start with everything. Each product enters for a different reason and connects with the others when it makes sense.
The most direct way in: a concrete pain in one area. We choose the area, install two real capabilities and measure at 30 days.
The natural way in when the pain is a lack of visibility over data, incidents, suppliers, times or costs. Stop looking at loose data and start seeing patterns.
The premium expansion: when modules are already running or management wants a broader governance system over memory, decisions and agents.
Underneath we use frameworks we already run at YRMO, self-hosted whenever possible. See how we build it →
Four rules we don't negotiate.
We don't install agents that touch your customers' data.
The agents we build work with your operational information —processes, documents, calendar, web, internal tasks—, never with the personal or sensitive data of your customers, employees or patients. That information stays where it is: with you. If a project ever needed to process personal data, we say so upfront, in writing, and decide case by case with full GDPR safeguards.
Self-hosted whenever possible.
The agent runs on your hardware or your cloud. Your data does not leave your infrastructure unless you decide otherwise — with which API and why.
If we don't use it, we don't sell it.
We only recommend frameworks and patterns we have already tested at YRMO. If we don't apply it to ourselves, it doesn't appear in your proposal.
Honesty over the sale.
If your case doesn't fit an AI agent, we tell you on the first call. Better to lose a client than to deliver something that doesn't solve.
Living documentation, not a dead deliverable.
Every implementation ships with documentation your team or IT can maintain. No forced support ties. Monthly support is optional, not a lock-in.
A diagnostic decides what fits.
Free video call. We look at your case and tell you whether Vecto, Lumo or Nexo fits —or whether you don't need any yet—. From there we produce a fixed proposal with scope and maintenance. No commitment, no fine print.
